Diamond tier fuel payment

• If you are a Diamond Tier driver following a claim, you will be eligible to redeem up to £150 worth of fuel within four (4) weeks of the date of your claim (non fault or fault). This offer can be redeemed once per 12 months policy period.
• Following the report of your claim, a claims handler will validate your Uber Pro status and advise you of your eligibility for this offer.
• This benefit is only available to driver partners who are the principal policyholder on a live policy. This benefit is a standalone promotional offer, separate from the terms of your Insurance Policy. This offer excludes additional named drivers working under another policyholder’s policy, and any driver partner working under an ‘any licensed driver’ policy.
• To be eligible for this offer you must comply with the full Terms of your Insurance Policy. This includes, but is not limited to (see your Insurance Policy Terms for full details):
  • Reporting the claim in a timely manner.
  • Cooperating with any investigation regarding your claim
  • Using our Approved Repairers.
• Noble Claims Services, who manage claims on behalf of DCL’s preferred insurer, Nelson, reserves its right to not make this offer available or withdraw this offer from any individual it considers or reasonably suspects, in its own judgement, to:
  • Be engaged in fraudulent activity regarding a claim
  • Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of this offer
  • Non-compliance with the Terms of your Insurance Policy.
• To redeem this offer you should email Noble Claims Services proof of payment for up to £150 worth of fuel from within four (4) weeks of the date of your claim. You will subsequently be reimbursed by cheque or bank transfer.
• We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer.

Uber Pro prize draw

• Complete the form to enter the draw for your chance to win one year’s free private/public hire insurance. Only fully completed entries are eligible.
• If you do not already have a DCL Insurance policy, following your entry and your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, a member of our team may contact you as your renewal date approaches to offer you a quotation. No purchase necessary. By entering this draw you consent to be contacted by us for marketing purposes.
• All entrants must be a Hire & Reward driver aged between 23 & 70.
• The cut off for entry into the draw is 30^th September 2024. The winner will be notified within one month of the closure of the draw.
• For existing clients, all premium payments must be up to date when the draw takes place.
• DCL reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Entrants must be an Uber Driver Partner and enrolled in the UberPro programme.
• The prize is redeemable on either (a) the inception of a winner’s policy, or (b) a winner’s next renewal with DCL.
• The maximum value of the prize is £150
• The prize is non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value.
• The winners agree to be featured in any future marketing campaign.

• Uber Pro offers and discounts cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any discounts or offers.
