An EV policy designed around your needs

DCL’s EV policies can include two EV specific extras designed to support your transition to an EV.

Replacement EV

DCL was the first in the market to offer a replacement vehicle in the event of a fault accident.  With the transition  to EV here, we’re now extending this by offering you a replacement EV following an accident (where that accident is your fault you could be provided with a replacement EV for up to 21 days).  Your vehicle is the tool of your trade so buying our replacement vehicle add-on means you’ll be able to continue earning and reaping the benefits of driving an EV following an accident whether it is your fault or not.

EV Rescue

Ever worried about what would happen if your EV runs out of charge?  If so, EV Rescue is for you.  EV Rescue will recover you to the nearest charging point should you run out of charge.  It’s the ultimate protection should you run out of charge and provides that peace of mind that you’ll be back on the move in no time.

Uber approved insurance for individual drivers and fleets

DCL is an Uber approved insurance provider. To drive with Uber in London individual drivers and fleets need to be insured by one of Uber’s panel of insurers who can automatically verify your insurance with Uber.
