*Terms and Conditions for promotion:

1. Definitions:
   1. “We”/ “our” refers to DCL Insurance
   2. “You”/ “your” refers to a FREENOW driver who intends to use or is using the DCL Insurance promotional discount.
2. This Promotion offers Promotional Discount in relation to the purchase of a new DCL annual black taxi insurance policy in the UK.
3. This Promotion is exclusively for users of FREENOW in the UK.
4. You will receive £50 discount on a new DCL black taxi insurance policy.
5. This Promotional Discount is activated by you using the Code ’FREENOW Black Taxi‘ at the time of quotation.
6. This Code and Promotional Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
7. We reserve the right to decline to offer you a quotation based on the risk information you provide.
8. DCL Insurance reserves the right to seek verification of your status as a FREENOW driver. If your status as a FREENOW driver cannot be ascertained by the time you have purchased your insurance policy, DCL reserves the right to offer ‘cash back’ in lieu of a discount at the point at which satisfactory evidence of your status as a FREENOW driver is received.
9. This offer is not-redeemable for a cash alternative save for the circumstance set out in (8).
10. DCL Insurance reserves the right to withhold Promotional Discount if we believe that you have cancelled an existing DCL Insurance policy in order to benefit from the Promotional Discount.
11. This Promotional Discount is only redeemable between the dates 05/10/2021 and 31/12/2021.
12. Policy inception must occur before 23:59 on 31/12/21
13. We reserve the right to extend, shorten or amend the promotion at any time.
14. The Code may only be used once by its holder and may not be copied, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form without our prior written approval.
15. By accepting our Promotional Discount, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
